Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had an excellent view of the Magellan Straits. The huge and beautiful bathroom was a real treat, and the supply of towels, toiletries, and water was plentiful. The service was top-notch, with incredibly helpful and friendly staff who made our arrival smooth and welcoming. The location was ideal, providing convenient access to town and offering breathtaking views of the strait. The dining experience was a bit lackluster in terms of preparation and setup but had an abundant selection of dishes. Overall, a great stay with a couple of minor hiccups.
The hotel offers modern and well-equipped rooms, ideal for romantic getaways, with views of Magellan Strait. However, there were issues with the shower and non-functioning phones on the day of arrival, causing inconvenience in communication with the front desk, room service, or spa.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel, admiring the ships coming in and out of the port from my room facing the strait. The view of the Magellan Strait was truly marvelous. The service, despite a mistake initially, was sorted out efficiently to welcome a coach load of guests. The location, near the sea and within walking distance of attractions and shops in Punta Arenas, exceeded my expectations. The dining with a view over the strait was lackluster, but the varied food choices made up for it.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with spacious and very comfortable rooms offering sensational views over the Magellan Strait and distant mountains. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to assist us. However, the dining experience was just average, and the location was a bit out of town but still convenient for exploring.
Staying at this hotel felt like experiencing Vegas without soundproof rooms but with venetian blinds offering barely adequate privacy. The room was fantastic, large with a desk, and a beautiful yet functional bathroom facing the Strait. The limited service was refined but somewhat ignored guests at times. The location at Magellan Strait was ideal in many ways, close to the beach, and with easy access to attractions like 'Isla Magdalena'. The dining experience had its ups and downs with many choices but occasional shortages causing delays. Overall, the facilities were at par, offering a range of amenities.
